(hereinafter, “SUMIJAL”), with registered address at Calle Joaquín Angulo No. 2546, Interior C, Colonia Ladrón de Guevara, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Zip Code 44600, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT.
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we may collect the following personal data:

  • Identification and Contact Information: Full name, Company name, Business name, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), address (tax, delivery, and service), Landline and Mobile phone numbers, Email address, Position or Job title, and official Identification of the Legal Representative or Contact.
  • Asset and/or Financial Data: Bank Account numbers, interbank CLABE, credit/debit card data, and credit information (if requesting financing) to process payments and collect payments.
  • Website and Social Media Usage Data: When you interact with our website and digital platforms, we may automatically collect data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, length of visit, and site of origin, through cookies and other technologies.
  • AI Interaction Data: Conversations, questions, and commands you enter into our (Artificial Intelligence) AI chatbot will be recorded and stored.


3. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the commercial and service relationship we maintain with you:

A) Primary (Necessary) Purposes:

  • Prepare Quotes, commercial Proposals, and Contracts for the Sale, Rental, Repair, and/or maintenance of Electrical Transformers.
  • Process your Orders, manage invoicing, and Collection.
  • Coordinate the logistics of delivery, installation, collection, and field services.
  • Provide the requested preventive or corrective maintenance and repair services.
  • Provide technical support and address your questions, complaints, and suggestions through our communication channels, including our AI chatbot.
  • Manage and enforce Warranties on our products and services.
  • Comply with the Legal and Tax obligations arising from our business relationship.


B) Secondary Purposes (Not necessary, but which allow us to improve your experience):

  • Send you marketing Communications, Advertising, Promotions, and Newsletters about our Products and Services.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and evaluate the quality of our service.

  • Analyze conversations with our AI chatbot to train and improve its accuracy and the quality of its responses.

  • We recommend that you do not share sensitive personal information (such as full Credit Card numbers, Passwords, etc.) via chat. Our staff will never request this information via chat.

SUMIJAL may transfer your personal data, without requiring your consent, in the following cases:

  • To competent authorities (such as the Tax Administration Service: SAT) to comply with Tax and/or Legal obligations.
  • To parcel and logistics companies to coordinate product delivery.
  • To legal or accounting firms to comply with our obligations and defend our interests.
  • To financial institutions to manage collections and payments.


Other than these cases, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your prior written consent.

7. MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition) RIGHTS.

  3. A clear and precise description of the data regarding which you seek to exercise any of these rights.
  4. Any other element that facilitates locating your data.


We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days.

You may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data at any time. The procedure is the same as that described for exercising your ARCO Rights.
